O365 No Longer Includes PowerApps and Flow?

So... I'm absolutely certain that the O365 licensing page used to show PowerApps and Flow as part of O365 Business Essentials and O365 Business Premium.

I'm also absolutely certain that the PowerApps licensing page used to show which versions of O365 included a PowerApps and Flow license.

Now these items are no longer listed. What gives? Is this part of the Oct. licensing changes?

Ok... found the answer... a list of the O365 licenses which include PowerApps and Flow are buried in Appendix D (really!?) of the Licensing Guide .pdf!

I think getting to this vital info should be easier. Especially because it was all front-and-center before.
