flow fail to pick a file up

Hi all,

I have a flow which picks up several files from a designated mailbox and copies them into a SharePoint folder. Only 3 of the flows started to fail to pick up the files from the mailbox. I get the following error message:

“Error from token exchange: Bad Key authorization token. Token must be a valid JWT signed with HS256

Failed to validate token: IDX10249: X509SecurityKey validation failed. The associated certificate has expired. ValidTo (UTC): 'System.DateTime', Current time (UTC): 'System.DateTime'.”

The emails look the same as before. Do you have any suggestions for me?

Thanks in advance.

    I am pretty much having exactly the same error... not a clue why yet. Started Sep 28 2022;

    Hoping someone posts a solution here, if i find one I will post it here.

    Hi,

    I am not sure why, but i tested the flow using a previous trigger (the last successful one, it offers a list to select one from). That suddenly picked up all documents that were not picked up the last days. From there on everything seems to work as before. Not very satisfactory as a "fix" but it worked for me.

    Thanks a lot! It worked for me as well.

    I had the exact same error occur since the 28th of September in 4 flows. Originally in the trigger 'When a new item is created' in Sharepoint. When testing the flow with an 'old trigger' it got stuck at 'Get my profile' (not V2) with the same error.

    Eventually I solved the issue by simply opening the flow in edit modus and then saving, not changing anything.

    First check that all connections were enabled correctly and then open the edit view and save again. It magically repaired itself.

    I'm having the same problem.

    Opening the flow and saving it unchanged worked for me too.
