That happens from time to time, to be “saved”, here is my recommendation just in case:
Right now, try to Save it using the Save As option and add to the name the V1.0
This will end up showing in PAD to Flows:
MyFlow
MyFlow_V1.0
Whenever you work on your Flow, and after some significant development, you can save it with a new version V1.1, V1.2 and so on.
I once lost a whole development of the whole day, so it is good practice to save the Flow with a new version every now and the.
