I'm relatively new to power automate and I'm trying to create a flow where it takes all the details of a form and sends it in one email instead. Ideally it would be one email per submission with all the details in plain text. Can anyone help guide me on how to do this or if it's even possible yet? Thanks!
Forms settings can be set to send send an email response to the maker of the form. If you use flow you simply need to create a flow with a trigger 'When a new response is submitted' and then an action 'Get Response Details' When this happens you next steps can be anything you want. EG send an email - create item in SP etc
The details of the form are now viewable by the action and you use Dynamic Content to select the response filed available
