I have a Twilio WhatsApp workstream connected to a Copilot Agent. This Copilot Agent asks a few basic questions before transferring to an agent, but messages get sent twice, the order is wrong or questions are skipped.
As seen, the question is triggered twice instead of only once
Normally this occurs if you are triggering the same nodes 2 times. So your topic is triggering 2 times.
What do you have set as the OnActivity and what are you doing to trigger this Topic to begin with?
