Message to Slack when Alert appears

Hi! I'm trying to use Slack.PostMessage as soon as a Warning-Icon becomes visible. 

I managed to send the Message to the Slack channel when using OnSelect or a timer, but is there a way to trigger the message when an icon simply appears? Any ideas? Thanks!
