I'm having a recurring issue with the Power Apps platform. I have a Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Microsoft 365 Copilot business licenses and Copilot seems to come and go from my PowerApps web interface. Sometimes the Copilot button is there; the next time I open it, it's missing. Has anyone encountered a similar problem and found a solution on how to fix it? I went through all the normal routes of making sure that licenses are assigned and that I am logged in to the correct account. Yet sometimes I have copilot; sometimes I don't and it's fairly random whether it's on or off.
The most likely cause is capacity throttling. Microsoft explicitly states that Copilot in Power Apps "might be subject to usage limits or capacity throttling." That means the service can temporarily become unavailable when demand is high, and the button itself may disappear from the interface when the backend can't serve requests. This would explain the randomness you're seeing — it depends on server-side load at the moment you open Power Apps. Clear you cache when you see this and try again. If the issue still persists raise an MS support ticket for this.
