Getting error when trying to save a topic with Flow values assigned.

Since past few days i have not been able to save any topic with flows in it. i keep getting the error "We couldn't save your topic. Check your connection and try again" it shows as as saving but ends up with error. any other topic without flow gets saved .

i tried doing this on teams copilot studio as well as on the web "web.powerva.microsoft.com"

what could be the reason and how do i resolve this issue ?

Hi @Preneshk

Its hard to easily pinpoint without more details related to what your topic does, how its configured, Tools, Agents etc.

Please take a look at this Create and manage connections - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn

Also, if you are using Tools (aka Power Automate flows for Copilot), then please go to powerapps.com, login,click ...More then connections and see if you see any broken connections.

If so please fix them. CTRL F5 your agent, then try to save your topic.

That or please also share your Topic and agent details so we can see what its going.

iam trying to create a topic that will get the users entre input and then call a flow that will search an excel sheet for the keyword and then return the results.

Hi, I also am getting this same error. Started happening just a couple of days ago around the same time as @Preneshk. I went through my connections all is good. Saving works fine, until you Call a Tool, setup the variables for the tool, then saving stops from working.
