Hello everyone,

I am trying to install the latest version of power automate desktop but I have an error when I want to connect with my microsoft account. I have a script error that pop just after filling my mail adress and so I can't finish the connexion. I am working on a big company so there is a lot of security but the IS team don't know what is the problem. So can it come from the installation ?

Please refer this filepath

"C:\Users\[Ur system name]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\msalcache.bin3"

Delete that file and try to login again.

I just ran into this recently, but my script error message was different. This answer got me on the right track though. Just deleting the msalcache.bin3 file was not enough (this file also appears to have moved to the Cache directory).

I ended up having to remove the entire Cache directory and then relaunching PAD.

Hello All ,
this solution don´t solved my case. it's similar, but there are other error codes involved in script error.
I also tried do delete all caches in power automate in Appdata.
Does anyone suspect a solution?
