Hi there!
I hope this helps! The key here is to use the action immediately below your trigger, get response details, that's going to give you the form responses you can use downstream, such as in the body of an email.
Shown below, Get response details, simply uses the form name (of the trigger) and the dynamic content ID from the trigger. That's the connection between the trigger and action.
Shown in the 2nd screenshot, to select dynamic content, move your cursor into the field and either type "/" or click on the blue lightning bolt to the right, that's going to allow you to pick dynamic content, aka form responses, that you can use in your email body.
In my example I pulled up, my form only has name and select an email questions but I can include those answers in my email.
This should be enough for you to keep going!
