Zendesk Connector Slow / not recognizing

Hello, I am using the Zendesk connectors 'When a item is created' & 'When a item is modified'.

For most of the runs I have ran it takes 3-6 mins for flow to get the trigger that a ticket was created or updated. Rarely it does not recognize at all.

Any idea why this could be, or how I can speed it up? I would like to have it checking every 30 seconds - 1 Min.

I peeked at the code of the connector and saw this, I believe this is the rate at which it checks for the trigger but I am not sure, this is also not editable.

 Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Hi @jonathancavey ,

I am afraid I do not have a suitable environment to verify these situations. I haven't found any more documents here to explain it.

Please consider contact Microsoft Support for more detailed answers:

Unfortunately, the help I can provide is limited.

Hello @v-bacao-msft , I checked out that link and Zendesk Connector link page and found this?

So since the interval is 60 seconds on both, shouldn't it run once a minute and not once every 3?

I also talked with Zendesk Support and they advised me that my amount of pulls for the Zendesk API is no where near my max limit and that these items should be available to pull almost instantaneously.

Sorry if I am misunderstanding anything, I am fairly new to this.

    Hi @jonathancavey ,

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/power-automate/limits-and-config#run-duration-and-retention

Please check the above link and get the limits about Run duration and retention, the tip indicates that Individual connectors may have their own limits as well. This connector seems to have such a limit, and the Min recurrence interval is 3 min.

Regarding the request limit of Power Automate, please consider contacting Microsoft Support for a more detailed answer:

@v-bacao-msft  We have the licenses to allow use to use the one minute interval - as I have had the option to set this up on a different flow running once a minute. Any idea why this specific connector would take 3?

    Hi @jonathancavey ,

Peek code cannot be changed, it is used to view the specific composition of the request.

As for the interval you mentioned, this is related to your license. The current minimum interval is 1 minute if your previous license is Flow Plan 2. Please check this similar thread and see if it helps:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/Flow-recurrence-interval-changed-to-15-minutes-on-its-own/td-p/385333

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,
