Hi, what is the easiest way to collect a handfull of variables from a PVA conversation to a connected flow? Scenario: I need variables (answers to a lot of questions) in a conversation to get imported to a connected flow so they can be consolidated in an email. So far I've only managed to get ONE variable parsed to the connected flow at a time. Thanks for input!
With lots of questions this will be cumbersome, but I haven't found another way to do it in PVA. When creating the flow you can create multiple input parameters. When you call the flow in PVA it then asks you to supply values for each parameter. Here's a trigger with two parameters.
And the action in the bot that calls it.
Lovely! Thank you.The trick was to create the flow from PVA, then add the input fields in the flow, save the flow, go back to PVA, delete the action step and add a new action and choose the same flow. Then all the input fields showed up in PVA. A logical breach in the workflow between PVA and Power Automate i'd say.
After making a change to the flow you don't need to remove the action step. All you need to do is use the context menu to refresh the flow. It will then pick up the new parameters.
