Trying to create a flow to download email attachment from Subject Filter

Hello Gurus,

I'm stuck trying to find a way to download an attachment.

Scenario: I get daily emails from a specific user in Outlook. This user sends two types of email, each with a specific Excel file.

Ex 1 Subject Field shows: "AM" COMPANY NAME TODAY'S DATE.xlsm

Ex 2 Subject Field shows: COMPANY NAME TODAY'S DATE.xlsx

I am able to create a flow for Ex 1 with a subject filter "AM" COMPANY NAME, but i can't find a subject filter i can use for Ex2 since the wording is exactly the same with the exception of "AM" and "xlsx" at the end. I tried using "COMPANY NAME xlsx" and "COMPANY NAME .xlsx" as my subject filter but its not working. How can i create a second flow to Ex2?

    Dear punksterz626,

Based on what you write, seems to me you could create just 1 flow which is triggered based on "COMPANY NAME TODAY'S DATE". Then inside the flow you add a condition on the subject (include AM, xlsm, xlsx. ... ) and then divert related actions accordingly.

    Hope the suggestion helps,

    Happy flowing,

    Koen

Thanks for the suggestion. I will try it out. This is all relatively new to me. I will report back. Need to do some research.

That condition did the job! Thanks.
