Remove ability to request App Access and give instructions

I have an active app that is governed internally with Access Governance that Connects through AZAD-CORP group.
Everything works wonderfully except when someone tries to access the app that doesn't have the security

It gives the option to request access.
This doesn't connect back to our onsite governance it just sends me a request in email to approve which will not be allowed.

Can I disable the ability to request access?
Also it would be great if I could inform the user how to gain access.

I posted a solution to push these requests to send an automated response and then to an approval workflow if required. Not exactly what you're after but I thought it might help.
