How to replace text in input field?

Hi team

I am insert text in input box 

When I am insert text in again in same inbut box 

It takes old one text as well 

In property I have set replace text if not empty 

Still it's not replacing the old text

    If you are using populate text field on web page or in window. Click on the advanced option and choose the replace text and also Make sure it create focus correctly and also enable populate text using physical keystrokes.
