I have a new checkbox and I would like to Filter the data as per checkbox - OnCheck or OnUncheck. If the checkbox is ticked I want the app to show only those records where Status = Approve.

Any ideas??

Hello,

You can assign a variable on the oncheck Set(_status, "Approve") and onuncheck like Set(_status, "")
and in your gallery in the items property you can do
If(isBlank(_status),yourdatasource,filter(yourdatasource, Status = _status)
