Hi, I would like to check currently, i have a few microsoft lists that has several people with full control, but what will happen if the owner's (the one who created the list) O365 account gets deleted? Will the list disappear as well? Thanks!

Here is the thing, for your data source, you need to transfer them to another user's SharePoint site and re-connect to the app as your SharePoint lists will disappear when your account is deleted.
