Issue with copilot test panel and power automate flow not being triggered

Hi, From yesterday we notice that the test panel of an agent is not returning the information like it use to before. 
Also when the topic calls a power automate flow. we are not getting any prompt to approve the connection nor it is triggering the flow. 
Anyone else seeing this issue/ any solution?
