How to Get details of element on web page

I'm using PAD for automated testing, and I encountered the following problem: I tried to retrieve the data-width value from the element above using Web Element Detailing, but I only get an empty value. If you know what might be wrong and how to fix it, please share the solution.

    Could you share your desktop flow screenshot possible(After hiding all sensitive data)?

    The website/web application which you are trying to extract data-width value is publicly available?

    The attribute with a blue border is an attribute that can retrieve attribute values, while the attribute with a red border is an attribute that retrieves empty attribute values.
