even though i have already installed it. Please help me.

    Hi, which Power Automate Desktop version do you use?

    Since version 27 you need new browser Add Ins.

     Please refer to help page

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/install-browser-extensions 

     

    Also make sure the browser developer mode is switched on.
