I bought Expression Studio 4 ultimate academic edition and activated it a year ago, I am at a period in my academic life that I need to use the product, unfortunately I lost my computer to damage. I purchased a new computer and have installed the program but unable to activate it. I called Microsoft support and they are asking my for 499$ in other to resolve my issue. I bought this product as a student and only asking to activate the product nothing else.
Please help.
