Delete outlook event without knowing its id because the same flow created it before

So basically, I'm building a flow that does the following: when a shift is created, I retrieve the entry and create an event in Outlook, which works well.

 

However, if I want to delete that Outlook event because the flow has been deleted, how should I approach this? I need the event ID, and my current flow run doesn’t have that information

    Hi @Saiji 

     

    You would need to keep a SharePoint List, Excel Sheet, Dataverse, Flat file etc of all the details that you placed when it was done originally.

     

    Then when you delete the Flow, run against the Data that was created by the flow, in your historical tracking table/list/sheet

     

    Delete the stuff based on that.
