I'd like to know if it's possible to use these three tools for the following idea:
1 - The bot is triggered by a group chat using @bot, for example, followed by the request, like this:
@bot1 Request-0001
2 - The bot searches an Excel database for the status of this request and returns it in the chat, tagging the person who mentioned it with this request.

you can try this:

Publish your Copilot Studio agent to Teams. Users trigger it in group chat with @YourBot Request-0001.

In the agent, call a Power Automate flow as a Tool and pass the request ID.

In the flow, use Excel Online (Business) > List rows present in a table with a filter to find the request ID row, then return the status to the agent.

FYI: Every message to your bot from a group or channel contains an @mention with its name in the message text. Your bot can also retrieve other users mentioned in a message and add mentions to any messages it sends. Bots in group chats enable user mentions using @mention; however, they don’t support @everyone for mentions.
