Copilot Studio fails to load on every browser on every machine with every Azure account over every network

After what seems like a successful registration ("you are already licensed to use Copilot Studio") a spinning wheel appears and a couple of seconds later:

Something went wrong.

Try reloading the page. If the problem persists, contact your admin.

Does anyone have any idea what might go wrong?

There might be a (quite simple) solution to your problem: I was facing the same error & posted it within the community. As one of the members pointed out, this error occurs, if your environment is set up within a regin that is not supported (see https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/availability-reports/georeport/ for supported regions). So once I fixed the regional settings, it worked perfectly fine for me.

@remidyon I have the same issue. I have tried it in incognito mode but still doesn't work.

Have you already found the solution? @ArneJa Can you please tell me how you solved it? Thank you!

@ArneJa do you still have the issue today? have you tried using incognito mode in your browser?
