Pass a Text Label value into (SendMail(v2) instant flow error...

Hi PA Community- Wonder if you could assist please?

So i created an instant flow to allow the flow to 'ask in powerapps'..I have set a global variable (OnStart) of the app on the text label . Onselect of a Submit button the flow should run...

The label resides in a gallery and actually changes as it has a datdiff formula assigned to it...

In the flow i 'initialize variable' and i use the dynamic expression ( Ask in PowerApps) as indicated. The flow gives an error though as below..

Hi @Lasherza ,

This seems to be an issue where updates are out of sync.

If we modify the flow after adding it to PowerApps, please refresh it in canvas edit mode.

Besides, please remember to save and publish the app.

Finally, I recommend the powerapps (V2) trigger.

Its UI is more friendly and easy to understand.

Well not exactly.. Using the PowerApps(V2) selection , i do not get the option to "Ask In Powerapps" when trying to initialize a new variable..

Hi @Lasherza ,

Actually, 'Ask in Powerapps' is a process of creating input parameters.

We can click on the add an input when using V2 trigger.

Ok thanks..im sorry ..I am quite limited in my technical ability.

I still do not know what to do to solve this...
