Gives me the following error:

If this is the process you are using and you are receiving the error message here, I’d like to ask that you open a support ticket; we will need to work with you to collect some more details about the issue and further work with you to resolve the problem.

I dont find the Help + Support button on the Admin Panel.
Thank you for your reply. Do you happen to have one of the roles which is enabled for creating support requests such as an Office 365 Global admin or Service support admin? If not, you will need to work with your admin to get the ticket created for you.
