Power automate desktop flows_DLP policies

Hi,

We typically create and run automated workflows on web pages using Power Automate Desktop's browser automation feature in the MS Personal Productivity environment.

As our automated workflows were suspended by DLP policies, we were unable to execute them from last month.

We tried to implement same workflows in MS Power User/MS Pro Dev environments. But it didn't work due to policies.

Can anyone suggest us how to resolve these issues?

Note: We typically use the following actions in our workflows: browser automation; UI Automation; file; folder; Excel; Mouse and keyboard; Outlook; system.

You cannot really work around DLPs. You will simply need to ask your Power Platform admin to create a separate DLP for your RPA environment and allow the actions you need. This shouldn't be a problem, if you provide a proper business case to explain why you need it.
