Delete n:n relationship blocked by form dependency

I implemented an OOB n:n relationship before deciding to make a bridge table. When I try to delete the OOB relationship, it is blocked by an existing dependency. However, I have no idea where to find the form it is referring to. I looked at all forms called 'Information' in the 2 visible entities but cannot see any reference to the other entity or to the (invisible OOB) bridging table. Can anyone tell me what I am missing?

@mark nanneman, it was indeed a subgrid on a secondary tab that I did not notice.

    try the following steps:

    Check Dependencies in Solution Explorer

Do you know what tables are involved in the relationship?  Is it an N:N between the same table entity?

Most likely the form has a subgrid on it referencing the relationship you're trying to delete.

Check the Information form on both entities (if more than one table) and if you have a subgrid referencing that relationship delete it.
