Hello all, my end goal is to be able to fill out a form, and from the form, a specified email address, and Subject line is taken from the form, and an email is sent. How would I be able to do this?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Does the attachment would come from the OneDrive directly and you would add the attachment directly from the OneDrive?

Or would the attachment be added from the form response and you need to add the attachment from the form response?

    Best regards,

    Alice

I would like for the attachments to come directly from one drive, at my company we set up some of our appointments through email, and i would like for us to use this form to input their email address and physical address, then an email will be sent to them with the necessary attachments automatically

The attachments don't necessarily have to come from OneDrive, i could use SharePoint, Google drive, or something else if need be!
