Hi All,

I am building out my first model-driven app, it is a ticketing system for my department. I need to be able to respond to a ticket from within the model driven app. I have a custom Tickets table set up with timeline/activities enabled. When I press the plus icon to create a new email response I need to auto populate several fields.

The From field should have our support desk email rather than the owner of the ticket
The To field should be populated from the "Raised By" lookup field in the ticket
The Subject field should be populated with the ticket number and title in this format "[Ticket #11111] Title Here" where 11111 is the ticket number

Does anyone know how I can go about accomplishing this? I suspect JS may be involved which is fine as long as I can get said JS to work with the "enhanced" email experience shown in the screenshot instead of navigating away from the ticket.
