Flow from Microsoft Forms is adding blank rows to Excel Sheet

Hi - can anyone help? I am pretty new to flow and have managed to set up a flow that records entries from a Microsoft Form on an excel sheet. However, it is leaving lots of blank rows in between which I keep having to delete. Why is it doing this and how can i make it stop!!!??? Blank rows.JPG

@ccrawford Immediately after the When a new response is submitted trigger you need the Forms Get response details action. Then follow that with the add a row action.
