Get Clickable list to Power Virtual agent from Sharepoint list

Hello,

I have created a chatbot which gets the input through PVA from user and filter data on SharePoint list. Based on the filter it returns the data back to user in Power Virtual agent. Problem with this is I need the result sent to user in PVA should be clickable where user can select option further and again BOT filter more data and update sharepoint item. Only problem I am facing is returning the list as a clickable option. I tried with markdown language but it's not working or I am not much familiar with this. It would be great if someone can guide me on this.

By clickable do you mean a link to take you to that item? That can be done with the markdown language. Can you show how you are configuring the link in Power Apps with the markdown language?
