Has anyone experienced this issue?
Good morning,
I had a welcome message which would crash : I would say "hello [username]" but since my user wasn't connected yet, I didn't have my username. The chatbot would restart thus sending the welcome message again until it eventually crashed.
Try checking if all your variables are initialized maybe?

Thanks @citron-truc ! I deleted the Username variable from the conversation start message and it worked
