Hi PVA Community,

This is regarding PVA Bot connected with Facebook Channel via Omnichannel, the issue is regarding duplicate replies sent by PVA Bot every initial message/first message. Please see image bellow:

In PVA no issues when testing the bot.

The general fix for this will be rolled out later in the year. We are working with Mark to onboard him to our private If you have customers who need the fix, please let me know and we can chat offline.
