Hi PVA Community,
This is regarding PVA Bot connected with Facebook Channel via Omnichannel, the issue is regarding duplicate replies sent by PVA Bot every initial message/first message. Please see image bellow:
In PVA no issues when testing the bot.

Hi @MarkTiczon, this is a known issue and we are releasing a fix for this in the next days/weeks. I will also message you directly to understand the urgency with which you need to have this resolved as there are some options we have. Best, Michael
