Chat bot finds the document via message inside

Hi,

Im fairly new to this Chat bot field. Currently i want to configure my bot in such a way that, If my Bot automatically generate bot content from FAQ pages it should be able to detect the Document/topic via typing any kind of message it contains inside it and then it should suggest the topic to the user.

to make this clear:

1) lets say i have few topics automatically generated by bot from FAQ pages.

2) From there they are stored in topic

3) and when i enable the topic, i can search these topics via only trigger phases. But i want to also trigger the message, so when the user types a word related to the message of the topic, the bot will suggest the whole topic.

I hope i made my question clear

Hi @HarrySidhu ,

It is a great idea, but is not possible yet and probably will not be implemented in the future because the chatbot understands the trigger phrases and not the context inside the topic.
