teams power apps editor sucks

Microsoft, the editor in Teams for Power Apps is horrible. Full of bugs and limited capabilities.

I used to be able to open the Teams Power Apps in the regular Power Apps builder to get around some of these limitations... but apparently today it no longer allows that, keeps redirecting me no matter what I try. Thanks... so helpful

So here's a basic question.. below is the regular editor and the teams editor. If you are going to force us to use the teams editor then at least make sure all options are there. Basic option, borders??? How in Teams Power Apps do I add a border?

Hi @Mattw112IG,

Based on the issue that you mentioned, do you want to have sane function as Power Apps studio?

I think you should enable the classic controls feature, please check as below.

1). Go to Advanced settings> Experimental features

2). Turn on the Classic toggle

3). Then you could have Power Apps for Teams just like it in Power Apps studio.

Ah I see.. thanks for the help.

when you select that in the control picker to the left (again Microsoft, I hate the layout for this, why not keep at top, so I don't have to keep switching the view around...) anyway, it adds a new category called "Classic". When I select a label from there then I have the usual options. Geesh. I dont get why we need multiple editors and experimental features... (adding things back with their normal properties is an experimental feature?? lol.)
