i want to know how we can publish the app we build using power apps can be published in microsoft marketplace

To publish your apps, you need to have a partner center account. Once you have created a partner center account, Microsoft does provide free consultation and app design guidance sessions, which you can avail they can provide you step by step guide for publishing the apps.

Please note that to have a partner center account, you need to have a registered company it can be a sole proprietorship, or other type, but without a registered company, you can't have the partner center account

Power Apps can be published publicly only via AppSource, You cannot publish a Power App directly from Power Apps Studio like mobile app stores

Microsoft treats Power Apps as business solutions, not consumer apps.

You cannot publish a standalone Canvas or Model-Driven app directly to the marketplace.

Instead, you publish:

A solution-based app offering (ISV app) through Microsoft AppSource

To publish a Power Apps solution to Microsoft marketplace, you must package your app as a managed solution and submit it as an offer through Microsoft Partner Center. The app is then reviewed by Microsoft and, once approved, published on AppSource. Direct publishing of standalone apps is not supported—only solution-based, production-ready offerings can be listed.

I dont have the company registed however now i am clearn what i needs to be to publish the app

I am not sure where you are from, but registering a sole proprietorship company should not be a difficult process.

You should give it a try and publish apps
