Virtual agent AI icon image not displayed

Hi,
I created a virtual agent with Copilot Studio and added an image that met the technical specifications. The icon was visible for a few days, but suddenly, yesterday it changed to a blue background. I tried changing it to another one, but it's still the same.

This is how it is in the agent configuration:

Yes, sometimes the updates are causing the issue. I tried reuploading the icons based on the given specifications and it worked.

Can you try uploading a new image with the support format and size.

After updating your copilot's icon, it may take up to 24 hours for the new icon to appear everywhere.

Also In Copilot Studio, go to the chatbot's settings and reupload the desired icon image. This may resolve any issues with pathing or cached values. Sometimes, browsers cache images and elements, so any changes made to the icon may not reflect immediately. Try clearing the browser cache or checking in incognito mode.
