Use shared mail box trigger for multiple Email address

Hi All,

I have a power automate flow which is trigger for Shared Mailbox. I am performing some operations within that flow and its working fine. However, I need to implement this solution for 30 other mailboxes. Is there any simple solution instead of creating 30 other flows?

Any help is appreciated.

@ShaileshP do you have same type of flow logic for 30 other mailboxes? The flow trigger can only process one mailbox, so you will need to create the number of flow for those number of mailboxes, however if you have common flow logic across of the flows, you can create a child flow to process that logic. And call that child flow for all the 30 flows, that way atleast you have some common logic within one flow across all flows. You will need to create a solution and flows within that solution for using child flows.

Its again creation of 30 flows even though it's a common flow or calling of child flow... Let me try to see if there is any other way of doing it instead of creating 30 flows..

    Hi @ShaileshP ,

You can set forwarding rules for these mailboxes to forward all emails to a specific mailbox, so that you only need one flow to complete the task.

    Best Regards,

@ShaileshP  have you found any workaround to achieve this? I also have a requirement to trigger one flow only.

There is no workaround yet.. we have to create separate flows for every mailbox...
I cannot use forwarding rules as well as its already set to go to centralised mailbox..
