Agent Evaulation Error

Hi All,
 
We had an issue with the evaluation tool, it was giving that generic error about service not available.
After some debugging we found that the issue was being caused by the WorkIQ setting being enabled in Settings.
This is one for you tyo check if you are getting that generic error when evaluating.
