Problem: Unable to Access Copilot Studio Website

Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue when trying to access the Copilot Studio website:
👉 https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com
When I open the link, the page only shows a loading circle (spinner), but the site never actually loads.
Details:

The loading indicator keeps spinning indefinitely
The page does not display any content or error message

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or knows what might be causing this?
Any suggestions or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Oliver,

Infinite loading spinner on Copilot Studio is a well-known issue — here are the most common fixes to try:

1. Clear Cache & Cookies
Clear browser cache and cookies for Microsoft/Copilot Studio domains, then retry in an InPrivate/Incognito window.

2. Allow Third-Party Cookies
Make sure third-party cookies are not blocked in your browser settings — this silently breaks the app from loading.

3. Fix the Environment URL
The Default environment sometimes isn't fully provisioned. Try switching manually by updating the URL:

https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com/environments/%7Byour-env-id%7D/home

Get your environment ID from Power Platform Admin Center → Environments.

4. Check Network/Firewall
If it fails across multiple browsers and incognito mode, a corporate proxy or firewall may be blocking Copilot Studio endpoints. Worth checking with your IT/network team.

5. Use Microsoft Edge
If you're on Chrome or Firefox, switch to Edge — Copilot Studio is optimized for it and resolves several loading issues.
