Following up on our original issue below:

Solved: Teams Tab: Power Apps Connection Auth Loop, Works Fine via Direct URL

We are experiencing an intermittent login issue with our Power Apps app ("Training Calendar") embedded in Microsoft Teams, starting today. When users open the Training Calendar tab inside Teams (multiple channels/groups), they are repeatedly shown the permission dialog for SharePoint and Office 365 Outlook but the app fails to load. The issue is intermittent — sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. However, opening the app via direct URL always works fine.


 

We have already verified the following:

  1. All users have the correct permissions and have consented to SharePoint and Office 365 Outlook connectors.

  2. The app is properly published to Teams via Power Apps (Share → Add to Teams), not embedded via URL.


  3.  

 

We then checked the Microsoft Service Health Status at status.cloud.microsoft and found the following active warning:

⚠️ "Service degradation on Microsoft consumer products."

Our questions:


  1. Is this service degradation the root cause of today's intermittent login issue in Teams?

  2. Or could this be related to a Teams cache issue on the client side?

  3. When is the service expected to recover?

以下是針對我們原始問題的後續跟進:

我們從今天開始,在 Microsoft Teams 中的 Power Apps 應用程式「Training Calendar」出現間歇性無法登入的問題。當使用者在 Teams 不同頻道/群組中開啟 Training Calendar 分頁時,會反覆出現 SharePoint 和 Office 365 Outlook 的授權對話框,但應用程式無法正常載入。問題為間歇性發生——有時可以正常登入,有時無法。但若透過直接網址(URL)開啟,則完全正常。


我們已確認以下事項:


  1. 所有使用者均擁有正確權限,並已完成 SharePoint 和 Office 365 Outlook 連線的授權同意。

  2. 應用程式是透過 Power Apps(Share → Add to Teams)正式發布到 Teams,並非用 URL 嵌入。

  3.  

 

我們隨後查看了 status.cloud.microsoft 的微軟服務健康狀態,發現以下警告:

⚠️「Microsoft 消費者產品服務降級(Service degradation on Microsoft consumer products)」

我們的問題:


  1. 這個服務降級是否就是今天 Teams 內間歇性無法登入的根本原因?

  2. 還是有可能與 Teams 用戶端的快取問題有關?

  3. 服務預計何時恢復正常?

    I would recommend raising a support ticket. If you have a developer environment, you can raise an incident power platform admin centre.
