Export To File For Power BI Reports not working

I have set up a connection to power BI and it seems to run successfully when I trigger my flow. However, the expected output, File Content is always null. I set a dynamic expression with File Content as an attachment in my Send Email V2 action.

If it is possible, I would even prefer to embed the image in the body of the email message if anyone can let me know a way.

The output of the Export To File is always

Hi,

Can you tell us if you are using "regular" Power Automate, or is this an Agent Flow from Copilot Studio?

How do you build your Power BI report? Have you checked the previous steps if the output is having content or is it already empty at an earlier step?

Hello , this is an Agent Flow from Copilot Studio. Attempting this in Power Automate with the exact same settings actually gives me a FeatureNotAvailableError (which I did also get with Agent Flow previously using a different account for the connection with the incorrect license).

What do you mean by how did I build my Power BI report? My intention is to export one of the charts (visuals) from one of the pages of a report.

I have not seen any output from this Export to File action. The previous step is a recurrence trigger.

Thanks for the clarification. I wasn't familiar with this Power BI action which is clear to me now. I do assume you have selected the correct report. The report has data? Are you running the flow with the correct credentials?

I selected the workspace and reports based on what is available to me on the account I used for the Power BI connection, so I think it is correct as well.
There is data in the report and it is being refreshed daily.
I think the credentials should be correct as the rest of the Agent Flow actions are able to run without issues. Like I mentioned in my question, the Export To File for Power BI Reports also shows as having successfully run but it only returns {"statusCode":"OK"} as its output. I assume there should be File Content as well, right?

I just found that this account is also on Premium Per User. Would this cause this issue? Why does it not show FeatureNotAvailableError on Agent Flow like the account I tried previously?

When I compare the details in the thread with the documentation, it seems like you are doing the correct thing.
Export and Email a Report with Power Automate - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

The end of the documentation has some words about limitations for default slicer values. Can this be related in your case? Have you also tested another workspace and/or report?
