Flow to email daily summary of items currently assigned to a person

Hello,

 

I have designed a SharePoint that will be used to submit claims and we have different user that resolve different types of claims. I am wanting to send a daily email to each person that gives an HTML table of the current claims assigned to them. I've tried numerous combinations of the flow below but can't seem to get it right. Any assistance or direction is appreciated.
