Reactions analytics showing [REDACTED] for agent's response

As we are starting to roll our first agent, we collected a negative reaction and in attempting to analyze it, see that the agent response is showing as [REDACTED]. This is what is in the JSON in the Dataverse entry for this chat, so the agent is redacting its own response in logging. Is this a setting somewhere or a bug?

"[REDACTED]" shown in the Dataverse - indicates agent or the platform is intentionally masking or redacting the response content in the logs for privacy, security, or compliance reasons.

There is a chance - environments or Copilot Studio configurations have data redaction enabled to prevent sensitive or personal information from being stored in logs or telemetry. Can we check if there is a data redaction or privacy setting enabled in your Copilot Studio environment or tenant that controls logging of agent responses.

I think I found my issue - it's because I'm using Sharepoint as a knowledge source. Per Control how transcripts are retained and accessed - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn: "Agent responses that use SharePoint as a knowledge source aren't included in conversation transcripts."
