One of the user can't access the Agent and CoPilot in the Copilot Studio ansdhe has been added to the Basic User , Environment Maker,Bot Auther. But Can't find Copilot Studio Author/Copilot author. Its impacting his work. Please help.
The user is missing the required “Copilot Studio Author” (or “Copilot author”) security role, which is necessary to create, edit, or access agents in Copilot Studio. The roles “Basic User,” “Environment Maker,” and “Bot Author” are not sufficient for full Copilot Studio access.
What to do:
In the Power Platform Admin Center, go to the environment where Copilot Studio is used.
Assign the “Copilot Studio Author” (or “Copilot author”) security role to the user. If you don’t see this role, ensure your environment is updated and Copilot Studio is enabled.
After assigning the role, have the user sign out and sign back in to Copilot Studio.
