I want your suggestion, I want to use PowerApps to let the user to scan his ID citizen card, then the PowerApps should populate the information from the ID card in multiple field(text recognition):
ID Holder Name:
ID number of the Holder:
Expiry Date:
Image of the card:
Is it possible to scan image using PowerApps?
Is it possible to read a text from scanned or uploaded image in PowerApps?
After that when the user clicks on a button, the details of the user should be save in the ID Card list which contains:(Name, ID number, Expiry Date, the image of the card)
Then, the system should send a notification message to the -created by- user to let him know to update the ID card 7 days before Expiration date to update the ID card with a new one.
The second scenario that the user, should have a window to update the ID card in power apps, If the ID card doesn't expired he shouldn't be able to update the card with a new one and it should show only his information. But before 7 days of the expiration date he can upload or scan the new card, and it should save the details of the user in ID Card list in SharePoint by updating the row of the user (Name should be the same, ID should be the same, Expiry date will change, the image of the card will change). I don't want the system to add a new row in the list.
