Unable to delete Custom Prompt

Hi everyone,

I created a prompt for an agent that I’m now unable to delete. I’m confident that this prompt is not connected or associated to any agents, is not currently in use, and has no dependencies. Does anyone know how I can delete it?

    This usually happens when the prompt is still referenced somewhere in the environment. It could be that it was added to an agent at some point and a hidden reference is still there, or it was recently tested and is temporarily locked. It’s also worth checking permissions, since sometimes only the creator or an environment admin can delete prompts. A quick refresh or logging out and back in can also help if it’s just a caching issue. If you’ve checked all that and it still won’t delete, it’s most likely a backend reference and the fastest fix is to raise a support ticket to have it removed. Hope that helps.

    I'm not able to delete any prompts from the tool section in Copilot Studio. But if you navigate to make.powerapps.com for the same environment, and navigate to AI Hub if the left hand menu, I think you should be able to delete your prompts from there.
