Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

So i have a personal account which i cannot get the desktop flows to show on the web portal so i can export them to get them to my work account. if i log everything into my work account, those flows do show up on portal, so is this an account restriction thing? i do not have an subscriptions and cannot find definitive info on this. i do not have access to solutions either
