PVA Copilot not working when deployed to MS Teams

When I tested my copilot on the development page in Copilot Studio, it performed flawlessly. However, upon deployment in Teams, it failed to respond to my inquiries, consistently prompting me to rephrase the question.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue?

Any insights would be greatly appreciated

I noticed it happens when the source file, which can answer my question, is in Sharepoint. It can answer questions where the answers are on my uploaded files.

The issues I encountered were solved as soon as Single Sign-On SSO was set up.

Hi all,

I'm having the same issues. SSO is already configured.
In CoPilot studio it works fine, in Teams it keeps saying I need to login..

Does anyone has the solution yet?

I have already configured SSO by app registration in Azure, checked it a few times, but don't know why it itsn't working. In CoPilot studio and Demo chat it works just fine.

Hi all,

Created a new app registration and now I could change the APP ID URI at the Expose an API section. (wasn't possible before for some reason). Now the SSO works in Teams!
